Mapple Store & Springfield Falls

I honestly don't understand why anyone would have a problem with newer players having an option to pay donuts to get items missed because they didn't play the game from the beginning/started playing at a later point than the item was originally released. Why deny these items to people who would like them, and add to the enjoyment of their game play? I realize that some may feel that they should have exclusive things because they played from day 1, but really - it's just a game. And as a game it would be nice if all players had the chance to receive items that they may have missed out on. I don't see EA re-releasing items periodically as a problem.
