I've been playing for 5 years almost and I'm at 208%.
Generally speaking I found that the time and land spent farming is time speant not playing the game. Its not really a race or anything. Enjoy playing the game.
Also I look for characters and buildings whemn buying it and for decorations and random items look for stuff that is 2% orr higher
