http://i.imgur.com/yNmIb1I.jpg - I notice you have AdBlocker running on that page, I have seen instances of popup blockers preventing chat functionality in the past, you may want to try disabling it temporarily and trying again.
- To answer to everyone (including delete cache and disable adblock), I cleared cache from all browsers and I even did a flushdns, I tried on chrome and IE aswell (and they don't have adblock/noscript etc). Still the same.
Just to be clear, the waiting time refers to the begin chat button becoming blue right? Once it becomes clickable the popup window should load instantly right? - No, you're doing it right. I had to wait 3 months once before talking to an EA customer service rep.
