I Had a chat session recently. Took my 3 minutes or so to be connected. Clear your cache and try again. Maybe thatll help.

To answer to everyone (including delete cache and disable adblock), I cleared cache from all browsers and I even did a flushdns, I tried on chrome and IE aswell (and they don't have adblock/noscript etc). Still the same.
Just to be clear, the waiting time refers to the begin chat button becoming blue right? Once it becomes clickable the popup window should load instantly right?
