11/12 Jabba Ult Tokens

Same I'm stuck at 9/12. I opened a ticket and they closed it saying it was being looked into. That was over a week ago. I would have had his ult by now

i think its an issue with starting a new journey before finishing the ult farm. im still farming the ult and tickets no issue so far and i havent switched my journey yet

the issue is easy to explain. All Ult attempts that were made through the Jabba event bug we had with Leia event are counted, but didnt gave rewards. All people that have done the Battle through this time have the bug...

a fix for it would be to send all affected accounts the missing # of ultimaze mats. Its super easy to find out who is affected and how much materials were denied.

CG should be able to fix this in less then a day... but they dont care enought it seems.

I've put a report in on this every single day since it started. Same for me..11/12 but it's saying the journey is complete. Very frustrating..

Any update @CG_Tusken_Meathead on a possible fix for this yet?

It’s over a week since your post and around two sincr the problem occured. Another GAC rotation that people go through without maded out Jabbas, even though they could have him. @CG_Tusken_Meathead please at least give us some info on progress or possible workarounds. -.-
