Missing donuts

Are you sure you didn't speed up a building by mistake?

how do you know donuts are missing if you don't know how many you have?

Can't get more than 3. If you failed to get 3 on the first or second attempt, you don't keep the 1 or 2 that you opened. You can only walk away with 1 prize. If you pay $50,000 for a different prize, you forfeit the donut(s) you picked in the first (and/or second) box.

I've been able to stop speed ups by catching them before the timer went down. I think it was from clicking on a premium item by. Mistake, not placing it and then they went down. I just know they've been cheep before, I also know my donuts have changed lower and it was higher earlier.

Well if you didn't place it, the item is likely in your inventory.

I'd also recommend turning on the donut confirmation, open the build menu, click the i in the corner, and change the settings for donut confirmation to on.

That's a very good advice. You would prevent the same thing from happening in the future.
How you tried contacting EA? I think they are the only ones that could help. :-)
