I've been waiting 6 months so I can blowup my town and do a remake but between work & event after event I got no time. I love the constant updates and am enjoying tsto more so this year than last but we really need a good two weeks of downtime so I can restructure my town.
I'm a big fan of redesigning in small chunks. Nuking your town is highly time consuming. It's just way too much to rebuild. I have one neighbor that had an amazing town, he nuked and he never got around to finishing it. He was overwhelmed by how long it would take to rebuild it. It's best to just redesign it in small chunks.
