I agree we could get more skins, but Mr. Burns has two skins (Fruit Bat-Man & Count Burns), Rainier Wolfcastle has one and Apu has one (All-American Apu). Those are the ones I remembered.
Good point I forgot about those. Still it would be nice to have some for others!
