I'm afraid this will happen to me. I'm worried that if I contact EA and they see that I have squirreled away so many donuts from KEM farming, they will accuse me of hacking and refuse to help me.

My town was just reset to level 1... fixed

I've seen something like this a few times before - I've always just hard closed the app, restarted, logged back in and it seems fine. Hope it works out for you without any significant losses.
