Need some opinions on which Stonecutters to purchase

So my daughter (who is a fairly new player at level 34) has 80 donuts. I figure the best way to use them is to purchase the awesome Stonecutter skins. But it’s been forever since I’ve played that even...

I bought the Grandpa skin and I have none of the Stonecutter Premium Buildings (I have the day care from the original event only.) Grandpa Stonecutter only has a 2 hr and a 4 hr premium task. I'm assuming that is the same with the other Stonecutters.
