Neighbor visit Prospectors?

The neighbor visits are similar to last haloween's event when we dropped the purple terror thingies. I don't think you can drop on neighbors until they have a MAP count registering.
Edit to add: They even have the same growl-roar when one is dropped in your town :mrgreen:
