Neighbor visits feds instead of handshakes

When I visit friends I do it one time a day, I don't have the time or inclination to do it any other way.

My town was NOT full and still buildings where tab, its against does people i'm talking, just pointing out if its full tab elf houses or wait, otherwise your neighbors do the same.

And 20 feds is not mutch, 6 neighbor visits and its over, we will need those presents instead of the 100 of the questline.
