Me too, tried it so often, even trying to identify the "strenght" of my finger. No luck at all. My daughter cleared it for my by clowning around.

Same with me had no problem clearing Christmas wheel been tryin to get last item gazebo for last 5 or so days still no luck just keep getting bird baths and other pink pants items. EA you need sort this people will soon give up and stop playing your game if you make it so horrible to obtain free items it's meant to be fun instead you just annoy people who do spend good money. Get it together and treat the people who keep u in a job by paying over the top prices for in game items.

Haha! I have tried the same with my girlfriend.. It has worked for Xmas... Unluckily this time it seems harder...
