Never Received Stewart Duck!

The duck is pretty useless IMO. The only good thing about getting it is that it maxes my FP level again so I can get back to getting bonus donuts from neighbor visits.

Request a callback from EA and speak to a rep. They should be able to place the missing item in your inventory - they have done it with a missing item for me, so I am positive they can do it in this case too. If you play on your phone, make sure that you have them call you on a land line or a different phone so that they can easily access your game while you are on the line with you. If they tell you they can't do it, ask to speak with a supervisor (I have never had a problem when I have done the call back option and have never needed to speak with a supervisor - every rep I have spoken to this way has been great and has resolved the issue I was having). Also, reference the previous case #s that you have opened with this specific issue. This is something that should have been easily resolved when you first contacted them.

I got the duck...but for some reason my friend points didn't stop coming and it constantly reads 1/1 everytime I tap a handshake. Anyone else? It's blocking any bonus donut collecting.
