New group items feature is junk

I nuked my side town to check this out. The group inventory does stay together. I now plan on using the feature in my main town. I will keep the areas group that I want to save and then will nuke the rest and be able to rebuild quicker.

Don't use the feature. It's a addition, not a take away. Your complaints are not needed here... :hushed:

It's taken me some adjustment to get used to it but I think this is a really positive development for the game.

They are needed when the feature we get is not what was asked for. For years we have been asking for group storage to organize our items that are not currently in our town. What we got was a group items that fit inside the area select tool. This is not helpful to storage organization at all. And is half baked as a remember how I had it layed out tool as you need to have several groups to hold a themed area because the extreme limit in area select size.

Maybe for you... I think you are over reacting.

And because of this feature we can now move roads around like buildings. All I see is WIN here.

I personally don’t have much of an opinion on this one; if I use this feature at all it’ll be sparingly. So some users don’t like or appreciate it — that’s fine. Others seem to find it useful — that’s fine too. Why personalize such a trivial disagreement?

I think it is a great feature. It makes me want to work on my design more because I find that after I design something, I am happy with what it looks like but not the location. This makes it so much easier for me. I still would love a better storage system too.

I dont care for it, but I dont have much use/need for it. But last time I checked, everyone was entitled to their own opinion about it. If you dont like it fine, if you feel you cant live without it, thats great too. To each his (or her) own!

I disagree. People are not entitled to their own opinion. They need to agree with me at all times. :p
