I worked out an amount of 8190 donuts to get all the new land.
The total plot of land available goes by 25 by 6 squares.
It starts at 15 donuts (1 land deed) each for the first 4 by 6 squares.
Then it became 30 donuts (2 land deeds) for the next 4 by 6 squares and so on.
The donuts will continue to increase by 15 donuts i.e the cost will be 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 for every 4 by 6 squares.
At the furthest end, with only 1 by 6 squares, it cost 105 donuts per square.
I reckon it would be cheaper to buy the land directly instead of rushing the prospectors to get the land deeds.
I counted LPN's chart and came up with 623 deeds to get all the land BTW
