My thoughts exactly. That was the only change? What was so off about the previous banners and why would they have been needed to be removed?

It's probably some legal issue.
Anyway, I'd say the jobs at the venues are definitely staying, and that there'll be a return event that opens up the remaining slots.

Christmas caroling and Christmas concerts would be acceptable. Gonna need a holiday skin for the stage though.
