Nothing else changed??? Hmmm. These look like a set of early drafts. I could imagine them being attached to some script they had to roll back to because a particular device platform was having a glitch. So it's possible we only saw this change while certain devices saw a little more. Guessing...

no it's that. the images are for all devices. its probably since now they're no longer "in festival mode" that banner will be used in the post-event screen, but with less lights etc. since it removed lights and much decoration around if you see.

No wonder I noticed something is different and was thinking how could I been playing for weeks and never noticed the banners

Which still begs the question, why do it now, as the event is ending, instead of just having it as part of the takedown later today, or is there actually going to be a takedown, if there's stuff in the files eluding to post event stuff, maybe not...

Ack... I'm over thinking this now.. I need a life!!..

The only possible reason I can think to change the banner is that we will be able to Jam at all 8 stages and not just the 3 big stages. Which to be honest is still a rather weak excuse even if they think they might do another Jam event in the future, possibly one which actually includes Jazz, in the future. At any rate I wouldn't have wasted time with a new banner when the old one's in my opinion looked better.

Worst update ever.

A couple other things I noticed. No more bonus, but everything else is still there (fans, crafting, lawyers, etc.). And, more importantly, Sungazer band members and Alaska Nebraska now have 4 hour tasks that direct them to the stage. Alcatraaz still doesn't have a 4 hour task

The only Homerpalooza items I see in the store are the festival gates.

The various characters tied to the event (Alaska, Peter, Nick, Freddy & Shredder; sans characters like Leon and Bleeding Gums) also have a 4hr task now. But, right now; it appears these events are tied to the stages.

They are animated tasks; and the characters should walk around Springfield (sans Peter and Nick most likely).

The update also changed something on other languages dialogue files dunno what so maybe thats why they did it mainly.
