When visiting friends does it matter what you click on and does spraying mean the town will have to pay to clean ie loose some of their money?

It is seeing 5 stars that me happy, @wadebear . I used to be 4.5 stars as tree hugging was not met. A few forum friends influenced me to get 5 stars. I gave up a couple hundreds of percentage of multipliers to plant trees to make it 5 stars. By ignoring tree hugging and righteousness, we can actually push up multipliers even higher, that is true.
