New Update removed water from right side

When I went to place the water, it automatically placed itself under part of my monorail close by. I then proceeded to completely line my monorail with water. You've always been able to place monorail track in water (not the ocean) since the original release although if you placed lots of track in water it could cause some weird glitches in the game and I'm not sure if it has been patched or not so thought that I'd warn you just incase you start having weird glitches start happening.
