Send that S7 back and get an iPad if you want a tablet that handles the game well and is super responsive. I've got an ole iPad Mini 2 and it works great with the game.
I'm also playing on a cheap Lenovo tablet - it's OK, but not nearly as nice as the iPad. Not as responsive and lags when you've got a lot of characters on visible tasks.
But even my old Fire tablet is passable for playing. It's not quite as good as the Lenovo, I'd say 10% slower, but it gets the job done even though I have almost all the land and hundreds of buildings. It's slow to collect from a bunch of buildings, but still...
