Nice glitch.
you can't place them in storage now cause of the new ingame update blocking storage of most things till the bug is solved where most things disappear or become KL items

EDIT: apparently everytime i enter my sf i get some white fences now. I can place even 60 fences,then close app and reopen it just to find they are even more than when i started placing them.
