No donuts for KEM harvest

Is your XP Collider charged up? No issues for me.

Look at your XP bar, did it move to the right? Also, look at the XP on the ground, do you just have the regular yellow XP, and the 5x collider blue XP?

Yes it's charged. I'm glad your not affected. Not sure what happened on my end. Hopefully it was a one time glitch.

This happend to me. Try a different technique.

Happened to me at start of event. Contacted EA - they helped out and credited donuts.

I don't really want to have the "your donuts don't match your purchase history" conversation with EA, but I guess I have to. My donut count just went DOWN after opening my boxes for this KEM harvest, from 268 to 264. How did you prove to them that you were missing donuts? Will they accept screen shots?
