No more Goo Bonus?
Check your quest. You're probably short a few goos on the quest due to glitches.

This does seem to be the case.
I haven't missed one, yet. I had one that I thought I might miss, but I closed the task book instead of closing the window, and the bonus popped up. Since then, I've made sure to be in my springfield when I get the last few goo, and it hasn't even stuttered.
