No Wiggum Christmas??

Really disappointed to see there's no decorations for the Wiggum home as they were not available last year but images that people pulled from the files shows EA had a plan. Was that awesome police snowman and Christmas decor just overlooked? And how does one file a suggestion or complaint with EA to bring them out this year?

If they just charged 10 donuts for them like the Volcano Lair and Frinks Lab, that would be fine, rather than taking a chance on the wheel of doom.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
