I must've accidentally sent patty to moes and now i have no more party at the sheshe lounge. Im soooooo bummed.

I guess all job manager work the same, so when I send my people to their jobs, everyone with a task is blocked!
Even when I sent everyone to, for example, 4 hour assignments, Patty is blocked.
Although she actually has a 4 hour task, I would have to send her manually to drink at Moe's....
I accidentally tapped on her to go to Moe's once. Luckily I figured it out before it was done. I think it occurred when I had people with other quests, so I wasn't paying attention and just started to send them on their quest tasks. It could also occur if you were trying to manually set everyone on one hour tasks because of the send all tasks. I often manually send people when I get those tasks and it just becomes automatic without really looking at the task. This is why I keep her on 24 hour tasks and try to keep her task unaligned with the rest of the town.
