- I doubt they would change the odds.
They may extend it what what else would they have from Mid May until July 4th? They would not start another Krustyland version - I am a little surprised how one sided the poll is.
- I've been hoarding eggs since day one - I'm Team Blue and have opened two boxes, one common and one uncommon (receiving 400 Gold Eggs). I had converted my common to 15,000 Pinks and have been re-building the Blues since. Here are my totals thus far:

I've only received about 15 free baskets over the course of the event (lost a week to the No Fabrege Egg, no baskets debacle), but this is basically as good as I could've done up to this point.
And because I'm lazy, quoting myself from a couple of weeks ago in the "How Many Baskets Have You Opened So Far" thread:sandwedgeking wrote:
I've opened one. I still visit 100 neighbors, clear my bunnies throughout the day, and keep those who have egg earning related tasks doing them. I also have not placed any found baskets nor exchanged any eggs with neighborinos thus far.
I don't see a point in getting worked up over what I do or do not win - I don't control that. I'm just planning on hoarding eggs until the end of the event and being disappointed/elated all at the same time. I have feeder towns that I can use exchange eggs when it comes to that, but I still think there is a possibility EA will "change the rules" before the event is over.
That may be a Fool's Hope, but however small the chance may be that basket prices will be reduced, prize percentages will be changed, ect. I'm willing to wait it out. If that doesn't happen, so be it. This is my strategy, such as it is; is there any pressing reason I need to be opening boxes right now?

So while I've always been hopeful EA would change the numbers, I'm not very optimistic they actually will. It wouldn't be fair to those who've already spent a bundle to "buy" their prizes. But it would be pretty epic for this guy! :D - I'm not hoarding any donuts. If I get Shary Bobbins, maybe... If not.. I don't care...
Have lost in the last days so much neighbours... Thank you, EA.... - I'm not hoarding eggs. I hardly get enough to open a box a day anyways, let alone gold boxes (which I rarely get to open). I just have lost interest at this point. It feels like so much work with no payoff. I'm tired of getting an egg pile or a pond for a day's worth of tapping. It's almost insulting. I bought a truckload of eggs and a couple of the big crates and hardly won anything, just the Bunny #24601 and a bunch of egg piles/fences/ponds/etc. That was kind of the last straw for me. I wish they would remove some of the prizes from the box after you get a certain amount. I simply have no use for another egg pile or beach towel. They're just sitting in my inventory. I'm done spending money on this game for awhile. I really enjoyed this even at first, but I'm just plain sick of it now.
Sorry EA, I normally love this game, but this event was poorly planned. It was great at first when there were quests and the eggs were plentiful from completing the quests and baskets were consistent. Now, it's just irritating. cogitoergosum8 wrote:

Thank you... My thoughts... :thumbup:jedgeco wrote:
I hope they make the odds better, but that would risk alienating customers who spent money in order to acquire the stuff.
I think their track record shows they don't give a fig about alienating their customers, paying or otherwise. 2 cases: Whacking Day last year was extended by a week with no warning. Many people dropped donuts to get that last prize in the last hour, only to discover the event got extended. And Last Christmas, the wheel odds were changed with about a week to go. Also no warning. The WD one was foolish since the only people they pissed off were their paying customers. Or anyone who had been willing to spend donuts to get that last prize.- I voted yes/no.
I have been spending as I collect, but will probably change tactics.
I still need 1 uncommon and 3 gold characters. It wouldn't hurt to trade for and save up uncommons. - skollthewolfRising NoviceI've exhausted pink and blue boxes of the good prizes, and I'm currently hoarding gold eggs. My plan is to convert my pink and blue eggs to gold eggs and hold them until the last day of the event. I've currently got over 4000 gold eggs, and I'm hoping that they'll change the odds towards the end.
- I hoarded eggs early on but spent them a couple of days ago. I got my common building, uncommon building and hugs bunny. No real hope for the much more out of the gold boxes so I just fill my neighbors baskets now.
