Office of unemployment suggestion - force animated jobs

How hard would it be to program the Office of Unemployment building to prefer animated jobs when mass selecting jobs for characters to do? I really hate it when an event building comes with a task tha...

You don't HAVE to use an iPad. There are much cheaper new devices that will considerably out perform an old iPad. I just picked up a Lenovo Smart Tab for $60 that has decent performance. It's not as good as my iPad Mini 2, but it's faster than my old Samsung Galaxy Tab A (which also has a dying battery I've discovered).
