I can confirm that is not working correctly on Android for instance I have over 150 characters but yet I can't send all of them on 24 hour tasks and they all have 24-hour tasks or 12 hour tasks or 8 hour tasks it literally doesn't assign about 35 to 40 people and it's really frustrating. I don't understand why they don't just make it work correctly I don't give a hoot about SH, okay that's my choice if I want to send people out on a task, they shouldn't exclude them.
Because of SH or Halloween, its really not that hard all you need to do is put the people that you want on task first so in this instance if you're doing Halloween you put all your kids at the campfire then you put all the adults at the other sites. Then you use office of employment to assign the rest of the people under appropriate tasks it's very simple they're making it so much more confusing than they need to.
