Ok to copy?

That will depend hugely on who you ask, for me I'd find it an honour if someone liked something in my town enough to incorporate it into there's. others however would feel te complete opposite because you stole their idea.
For me go ahead, just place it im a different section of town with a spin on it to appease everybody.
