Issue with a disk copy of an expansion pack.
I recently purchased 4 disk copies of Sims 4 Expansion packs. But when I try to install them it prompts me to install the Sims 4. I already have the Sims 4 installed on both Steam and the EA app. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue are welcome.
downerIDIOT2 Instead of using the discs, simply register the codes that came with them. Open your EA App game library and you'll see a button to redeem a code in the upper-right corner. Then you can install the packs through the App, with no need for the discs.
