Some were rereleased this past year-- I finally got the Supercollider, the Mayan calendar and the cool brown house. Only one that has yet to be rereleased (if ever) as mentioned by Brevis is the Mapple Store.
Springfield Falls. THAT's the one item I want that hasn't been rereleased.
