OT - World of Springfield action figures

Wow, this brings back memories, not all of them pleasant. Don't remember how I discovered WOS, but it was about halfway through the run-- so I had to haunt eBay to get the ones that had already been discontinued. At that time the value was high, so it was an expensive quest, and some figures like Smithers were outrageously priced for some reason. Plus I was determined to own two of everything, one to play with and one to keep MIB, so that made it twice as expensive. Now, of course, prices have crashed, so if I were to sell I'd get back a fraction of what I paid. The plan now is to wait until one of the kids moves out so I can turn his room into a Simpsons shrine. Until then, everything's in the garage
