Pie Man glitch

That seems very strange. Not like you can store anything to end the task - guess you might need to contact EA support.

Approximately 7 hours ago I sent Pie Man to engage in the second stage of the first fellons battle process. If I click on the fellon it says I still have 3 hours 25 mins left. Pie man is standing in one place flinging pies and periodically changin to homers character and back. While the supposed attacked fellon wanders around.

Has anyone else delt with it as of yet? If so how did you rectify the situations?

Thanks for the help in advance....

I have experienced this if I started the attack on the felon, using the felon icon in the upper right corner, when Homer was NOT FIRST WEARING HIS PIEMAN COSTUME.

Glad you managed to finally free up Homer. My icon thing is the same.

    +1 :)

Same thing happened to me but I just restarted the app and it worked fine after that.

I think that this occurs when you send a character on a duel task and close the game before they have time to engage. It noticed this with Homer and Matt G's joint task. Just make sure Homer has engaged with the felon before closing your game. This should solve that problem

Make sure your super hero character has the correct skin before you begin the felon's task. The timer works fine but the super hero doesn't chase the felon if you don't select the skin first.

All good suggestions and I've tried them, but they did not work for me.

The current battle between Pie-Man and a felon is progressing as it should. No glitching whatsoever with less then 20m to go before finishing.
  • Apart from the very first time, Pie Man has almost always been stuck in one place while the felon walks around wherever. I don't mind though, because it's still working alright.

More importantly though, it cracks me up to see the felon keep acting like he's getting hit by nothing at all! :D
  • I sent homer and fallot boy to take care of 2 felons before i went to bed and i woke up to both of them only having 2 minutes taken off the timer. Its counting down now but i think its weird how the timer froze over nite.

I just got this glitch for the first time. Didn't think about switching skins first. It's rather funny actually-Homer's standing on a corner flinging pies while the Felon is running around town. :D

Timer's still running though, so all's good.
  • Im having a timer problem as well.. It can happen for Pie Man, Plopper or Fallout Boy. I will set them, see them fighting and then for good measure I hop over to Krustyland or the Friends section hoping to sync up the game. I return and it will be counting down as normal. I'll log off the game and return a couple hours later and the timer has gone back to only 2 minutes being passed.

Normally wouldn't mind if it was a one time glitch but it really does seem like this is happening to every Felon fight. I am hesitant to reach out to EA customer service but am at a loss at what else I can try to do.. Im worried losing hours each time they fight will make completing the event difficult.
