place balloons

I didn't have any problem.

Possible stupid question, but you placed the balloons in Krustyland, right? You aren't talking about the limited-time balloons that were available in Springfield?

    ok, that is annoying, now I have tryed EVERYTHING...store Giant wheel in inventory, store balloons in inventory..and also buy new balloons again..but nothing help.
    anyone has any idea

    I think you need to contact EA.

    I had a similar experience. When first available, I bought the Scratchy and Poochie balloons. Then it came as a task. I tried to store them and bring them back but same result, task 0/2 completed. Then I bought another Poochie while the wheel was being built. Again, it didn't count. I waited until after the wheel was built and tried to buy Poochie again. Success! It showed 1/2 tasks completed. So I saved up and bought the second balloon and it worked. Tasks 2/2 completed. I figured I had to buy an extra three balloons I normally wouldn't but since it's game tickets I can't complain too much.
    If you were trying to get balloons while the wheel was being built, let it finish and retry. Good luck.

    the giant wheel is built, and now i had 4 balloons of each..nothing happen..

    When you went to place these balloons, did you click the KL task icon before buying them?

    In my second town i bought the balloons before clicking the KL task icon and the balloons didnt count but when i clicked the icon and then bought them again it task worked.

    yes,,I click KL task icon and buying them, and also buy them in decoration, now I have 4 of each of them...I have try everything..now i store giant wheel and Princess Penolope in inventory and wait to the blue moon coming

    Hmm interesting, not to sure what to recommend here tbh, other than the usual close the app reload the game, or even un-install and re-install the game, you could raise a ticket with EA over this

    I had that problem with Princess Penolope task 1 (the princess and the pea-brain pt.1) place balloons 0/2, and build krysty giant wheel.
    I have built Krysty giant wheel, and I have 3 balloons of each itchy,poochie parade and scratchy, but I still can get the task completed, it still said 0/2 in place balloons..
    I just bought them, in krystyland (decorations) . 3 of scratchy balloons for 1250 each, 3 of poochie parade balloons 1000 each and 3 of itchy balloons for 30 donuts each.
    I also store them and replace, but nothing help..
    I also stop the game and reinstall the game, but nothing help..

    It can take up to 48hrs before you hear anything back, if it does go over that time keep messaging them as they can be very busy! Really hope they can sort this glitch for you

    Oh one more thing can you edit the title of your thread to "Cannot Place KL Balloons"

    As if anyone else has this issue they will be able to find it, plus if EA are watching it will stand out to them :)
