Good of them wasn't it, but I can just hear the support guy there saying to other who work with him, I've got no idea how to help this guy, in fact I'm struggling to understand what he's asking, reply comes from someone close by, just send him to the forum and get rid of him as it sounds like it'll be a lot of work to solve their problems.
