Please re-release the Yellow Submersible

Please! Pretty Please! I need it for my 3rd game. I've made all the Squidport and Ornate Tiles I can and I need some more.

I don't think it lets you go over the limit anymore. At least mine stopped bring back tiles a long time ago.
