You would need to keep going with the questline until it comes up that marge is ready to be used, then you would need to go to your inventory and click her to which her quests will start and then you can start upgrading her :)- I had marge for a couple days before I was able to use her. I had to finish a quest I hadn't started yet before upgrading her.
- I thought that I had her because it said I had her a few days ago, because I had enough coins, but sure enough, there she is in my inventory, but she is locked, it says that I need to start "the Power of Upgrades pt.1" - So how do I do that? I remember there was a big deal a few days ago about upgrades, but that is past. What do I do now?
