I still don't have Gil in my town. I am contacting EA right now so maybe they can fix this glitch and the deal can start.

Not sure why there are Debbie Doubter's saying it is fake. The deal is glitched just like most things EA does for TSTO.

No sign of the Gil deal in my active level 43 town so I went to my long-defunct level 15 town - and there it was!

Is it possible this deal is only being offered to "junior members"? Makes no sense - doesn't money spent by "senior players" work the same way?
