I haven't seen this addressed yet, my apologies if this has already been postedIf you reaching the end-game you may want to consider stocking (pun intended) up on Elf houses. They are one of the rare items that have a premium payout and a good multiplier (the best example is the Wailing Wall). The multiplier is decent for 60 donuts at 2.5%, and if you are a pure donut farmer you can consider these since they take care of the income/multiplier needs and conserve space (vs. a house farm and say I&S signs/news vans). Definitely good value. I like to hide these behind buildings so the blue chimney smoke bursts are the only thing visible. Love that the animation is constant.

I tentatively placed two somewhere where I had a tiny gap, it seems to be a very good option... just a pity I'd blown 82D on what turned out to be 600 or so pagan fences and taken up about six blocks placing those... :/ Funny you bring up the jet bike and bbq pig, I have BOTH in my vault this week! Not me, thats for sure. Its just ironic, its been weeks since I had anything good in the vault, now I get the 2 best ones in the same week as an even better deal comes out.

This is me. I basically only buy BBQ pigs from the vault. I'm trying to replace all my flags with BBQ pigs. But the elf home must be purchased while it is available. I'm trying to replace my entire house farm with an elf home farm.

I considered going all in on Snowballs. Not really sure what the right call is. You could put 12 Snowballs in the same space as an elf home, so 24% multiplier vs 2.5% and $260 every 10 hours...but eventually I'm going to reach some kind of item limit so the space savings aren't necessarily that important. The elf home is plenty small as it is.

@anaquarind I agree, the Elf Houses are a great deal, 2.5% plus a premium payout. I stocked up on them last year and have around 50 of them. So easy to hide too! :)

Yeah I got a bunch of them some other Winter when there was a rebate or something. I like the 10 hr payout, because 12 hr can creep later and later, but I almost always get two collections a day from these. I might get a few more, they are pretty nice; I do love multiplier items with a payout on a smallish footprint.
