Quick Scroll Bar desperately needed for Items

Items are currently sorted by level unlocked. While thats not helpful for Level 30s... its essential for me at Level 14. Can't change that.
I like making it easier to scan through though... the buildings list tends to start at the end, so everytime I build I have to scroll through 30 buildings to get to my level.
