Railyard day
Yeah, and it's not like the RailYard workers don't have other things to do - like fighting enormous crobsters! Oh well, it's been taking me 4-5 days to finish instead of the usual 3.

I doubt I’m going to start KEM farming, but your comment piqued my curiosity. Just how much time do users expend on farming during the course of a typical day? (I know people have a natural tendency to minimize such time estimates, so if you choose to respond here, please try to resist doing that.)
When I still had levels to go up I was doing my best to harvest 5 times a day and I was building 40-60 KEMs every time and it was a grind - almost like doing the rail yard every day. It also put a lot of pressure on me to make sure I was making as much money as I could to build as many as I could each harvest. I really didn't enjoy it but I wanted to complete the Homerlayas.
Since then, as long as I harvest twice a day (though 3 is my actual aim) I'm happy. I only build 36-40 KEMs each time and it only takes a few minutes to complete the process. I'm only bringing in about 12-24 bonuts a day this way - but that's still a much, much, much higher payout than the rail yard with way less effort than having to check on their staggered 1, 2, and 3 hour tasks.
