But Sebastian Cobb's get a haircut task is animated. He walks to the hair salon and walks out with his hair cut. His hair grows out as he walks, so he then returns to the hair salon. And repeat. Really subtle animation.
Yes, this. I think it's a 1 hour cycle regardless of the task length, but I never got around to verifying.
