Raising multiplier
Not a quick way, no. If you reach the bonus levels after level 37, you get chances at donuts that you could save to buy premium multipliers, but that would be pretty slow going.

I believe everything must be out in the open to multiply. (I was going to say count but Sesame street lawyers have been going bananas lately)
