Random quests ?
Nope.. I've been playing over a year and I always have at least 3 non-quest related activities on the books. For us completionists, it's torture!

I have the same problem, as soon as my moonshine is ready again, a new one pops up.
Do they really disappear if you go to your friend list and back ?
