For me, they never went away. Annoyances.

They never left. You only get one if you have 2 or less tasks in your task book. You probably had 3 or more for a while until now.

Does anyone actually like getting them? Do EA think we like them? They're annoying. I'd be one thing if they gave more money and XP, but they only give like $50.

My vote is on annoying. If I made some extra payout or donut or event currency during events, I'd love them, but now they're only disturbing my ocd tendency.

Concur. Every 14 random tasks completed = a donut and I would do them. The fact that they are only $50 is insulting as only end level players will get them, and at that stage that's not worth it at all.

I've been saying this for years. I wish they would issue a patch that would get rid of the random tasks for all eternity. I rather have an empty task list than have those constantly pop up.

EA, just do us a solid and get rid of them permanently.

I've been getting them for a while. Lisa got a task for a Mensa meeting right after she became playable in Tap Ball. Right now there's a 24 hour task for SVT waiting, but he's busy with the espresso machine. :D

Just don't do them.

When you get a task for a character that has an alternate skin that's acceptable just leave it in your task book. I've had Lisa and Marge in mine for weeks (I'm playing 2 games).

I leave Lisa in her Cool Lisa skin, and Marge as Marge the Witch (which I'm using for Speed Up a Crop anyway). I never see the random tasks when I'm assigning and the characters come up in the roster order. I've also been putting off the Money Mountain task by keeping Burns on his Alien or Baseball skin.
