To all of you selfish people who think that your owed something for playing longer, your all a bunch a whiney b*****s. You need to stop thinking that your so important, and the fact that you want to hold limited items over others is really sad.
Your reward that you feel entitled to is this,
You get to have it longer.
Your friends can be jellous they couldn't get when you did.
What you got for free might be re-released for money or donuts.
I hope they re-release everything if just to hear you cry about it, it makes me laugh. Nobody cares about you, they don't even know you, get over yourself.
As far as re-released items I'd like to be able to buy a second cool brown house among other things.
Name-calling, complaining, and generally insulting people because their opinion differs from yours. Is that how you typically respond to people with different opinions than yours?
Insecure much?tyleerxo wrote:
No way. Why should new players get all the same buildings as someone who has been playing so much longer? I get so jealous whenever i see the Itchy and Scratchy balloons in my friends town because i REALLY want them, but i wasn't playing it at that time so understand.
The whole point of limited items is that once they are gone, they are gone. You need to be playing at that time to get them.
Why indeed? It's already alot of good arguments why we should get everything back eventually. Just read what has already been written, and you can try to argue against all the valid arguments for why we should get them back, instead of what nonsense you are saying... What you have written isn't a valid argument, sorry try again.AARONRTD wrote:

I don't care either way what EA does, but how are the people who say "this item was explicitly advertised as only being available for a specific limited time" the ones who feel entitled, and not the people who say "I want all of the content even the things which I wasn't there to get when they were available"?HCoinslot wrote:
Did you say nighthawk diner? That was release like 90 days ago. WTH, at least get through the whole game before complaining about not having old items...
I like the exclusivity. I like looking at someone's town and figuring out how long they have been playing. The first event I got something for was * Pat's, so there is plenty I missed out on and would love to get, but I'd rather not be able to.
no one is complaining I'm simply asking a question about releasing older building's my god and for your information i'm on level 35 and have been playing longer then 3 months and have never seen the diner.....its pretty sad someone can't come to this forum looking for advice without people crying over it....AlterBlackbird79 wrote:

Not to mention the grammatical miscues in that dudes post. Sounds like it's that guy who's a crybaby.- There's a difference between "limited time" and "one time" . IMHO most items for this game that are limited time are that way because they're tied to an event or holiday. For those items that are NOT linked to an event, if every item was left up, it would take FOREVER to scroll through items.
There's also a HUGE difference between "limited time" and "limited EDITION"... "Limited edition" is a privilege -- only a certain number of the item, or a promise that nobody else will be able to get it ever again. We all know that the rarer a thing is, a level of prestige is attached to its un availability. (note: i use the term "prestige" in the nice way -- not the snarky way)
For those items that were sold in the past as "Limited TIME", but not any more, it would be simple for ea to add one more "category" -- "vintage". Tho se of us who are inspired by what we see in older SFs can take time to find them by scrolling that category.
If there is a MAJORITY feeling by those veterans who thought they are being slighted or disappointed, then make all "vintage" items premium. If there are even stronger feelings that we are undeserving, then jack up the prices. - not to mention it wasn't available for all the devices now that it was then
- No I don't, it's a perk. I think in a way you can judge how long someone has played. The game requires a lot of time & us long term players don't think those that start a year later need to be equal. Sorry. Lol
Some items lets say from whacking day even cost us hours & hours of play & tapping & you just want it to be given to you without all the work? Heck no  bren1960 wrote:

Didn't understand anything of your argument... We aren't requiring the previous limited items for free, whatever made you think that? We understand, and accept, that we'd have to pay donuts for them. This benefits the whole community, as donutpurchases are what keeps the game going. If everyone stopped buying donuts today, no one would even care about your previous limited items, as the game would soon be ended/discontinued.
As for some of the other parts you were writing, may I see your items? What is that? No, I cannot, and why? Ah, I'm not your neighbour... Do I then care what you have or not? Why would you then care what items I, as a new player, gets? You aren't seeing my town either. Furthermore, I don't even know what items were from which update, so even if I saw something new in your town, I wouldn't know how long you had played.
Most of you old-times, just keep gulping up the same nonsense... There's nothing valid in your arguments. Grow up, and be content that people want to buy stuff you already have and got for free, this keeps the game going for you, and those buying that previous content gets to enjoy more of this game.
EDIT: Oh, and some players have been forced to start late, as Android didn't have the game until early this year. And saying that's our fault for not choosing another gaming device, isn't a good argument either, as you don't choose which phone or iPad you are getting based on an app-game. If you do, you're probably that kind of person that buys a car based on which color it has...- Oh, so I won't be able to unlock 'send homer to the maple store' because I am a late bloomer?
Great! >_>
