Yes, the Egg Counsel Guy is an NPC. He wanders around town, and if you have him and tap him; he tips over and flails around for a bit before getting back up on his feet.

Same same. Just trees for me and I'm not sure if I got the donuts either - was there a message saying we got them or where they just added?
