As you say, Krustyland was nuked in the Itchy & Scratchy event in May 2018, it can now be rebuilt in Springfield.
The town portrait feature was added January 2019.
For a limited time, a building was available to purchase for donuts (Golden Goose Realty) in January 2019, which pays out Land Tokens. It has not yet returned.

Your buildings and decoratons from Krustyland should be in your inventory, so that you can build a new Krustyland in your town.

Without this forum I may well have missed buying the Golden Goose Realty as many others regret now. Another thing I’d like brought back is the ability to generate ice covered tiles which was during one of the Christmas events

300 I think and you can play twice a day so that's like five donuts ever 150 days.
