If you were visiting friends and collecting presents when you hit 14000, you could easily go 64 presents over the goal. Then when you returned to Springfield and collected your prize, the bonus counter started. Funny how EA can get prizes to trigger at a set amount but not the bonus. Breeding confusion and resentment by pulling stunts like this only alienates the players you are trying to get money from. Smooth move EA.
